Our Story

Stark Truth Advisory was founded by Chandler Armistead, a former labor executive with a background practicing traditional labor law. Equal parts strategist and builder, she works alongside clients to develop the programs, teams, tools, and internal capabilities that turn labor strategy into something organizations can confidently execute and sustain.

And Stark? He's the dog behind the name. A regular reminder that loyalty, trust, and showing up matter.
